Fall of Varrock

Last Man Standing

From the Fall of Varrock Wiki - The original OSRS battle royale. Build your kit at Lisa, spawn on an instanced island at standardized stats, loot the village chests for upgrades, and outlast everyone as the fog closes in.

Last Man Standing (LMS) is the authentic OSRS battle royale. You bring nothing of your own —

your gear is set aside for the round and you fight in the kit you've built with Lisa. Everyone

drops onto an instanced copy of the LMS island at the same combat stats, loots the village

chests for upgrades, and fights free-for-all while a fog closes in and herds the survivors

together. The last competitor standing wins.

This is a separate minigame from the PK Training Arena — that one is a

safe sparring ground; this one is a real fight to be the last alive.

Getting in

Talk to Lisa at the LMS lobby in Lumbridge, or use ::lms to teleport straight to her, and

choose "Join a game." You'll wait in the lobby for a few seconds while the field fills, then the

game begins.

Short on players? Lisa fills the remaining slots with competitors so a game always runs — even

if you're the only person queued. You'll have to fight your way to the top of a full field of up to

eight.

Build your kit

Pick "Build my kit" at Lisa to choose your starting loadout, just like OSRS. Your picks are

saved between games — set it once, tweak it any time:

  • Armour style — Melee (Neitiznot/Fighter torso/Defender), Ranged (black d'hide), Magic

(Mystic/Occult), or Hybrid (d'hide worn, mystic switches carried).

  • Main weapon — Abyssal whip, Magic shortbow (with rune arrows), or Ancient staff.
  • Spec weapon — Dragon dagger or Granite maul.
  • Magic pack — Ice mage (Ancient book + barrage runes), Vengeance (Lunar book + veng runes), or none.
  • Food plan — Brews & restores, or straight sharks.

How a round works

1. You spawn wearing your built kit — nothing you walked in with comes onto the island (it's

stashed and returned when you leave). Everyone fights at the same standardized combat stats

(99s with 52 Prayer), so rounds are decided by skill, not levels.

2. Loot the chests. The island's village houses are full of chests holding upgrades — whips,

bows, staves, armour, brews, ammo, and the occasional dragon claws or Armadyl godsword.

Each chest pays out once per game.

3. Fight everyone. It's free-for-all: every other competitor is a target.

4. Beat the fog. A safe zone shrinks toward the middle of the island over the round. Anyone

caught outside the fog takes damage every tick — keep moving inward. Eliminating a competitor

drops a small supply pile to you.

5. Be the last alive to win.

Rewards

  • Win: a large lump of LMS points.
  • Each kill: a smaller amount of LMS points, plus a supply drop.

Spend LMS points at Lisa's reward shop (talk to her → "Show me the rewards."). Stock includes

consumables, strong weapons like the granite maul, dragon claws and Armadyl godsword, and

the classic LMS cosmetic halos.

Maps

Games rotate between islands:

  • Deserted Island — the ruined-village core.
  • The Ruins — a tighter northern arena broken up by water.

Good to know

  • You keep nothing and lose nothing. Death in LMS is safe — your real gear is stored the moment

you enter and restored the moment you leave, win or lose. Even a disconnect mid-game returns your

gear on your next login.

  • Placement is shown when you're knocked out (e.g. "You placed #4 of 8").
  • High Stakes mode (wagered entry) is coming in a future update — for now every game is the

points-only competitive mode.
