Fall of Varrock

Shops directory - every store, every price

From the Fall of Varrock Wiki - The complete vendor reference - every shop in the realm, where it stands, what it stocks and what it costs.

Every vendor in the realm, in one place. For how the market works - instant-open shops, tab strips, the Trading Post - see Trading Post & the market. This page is the reference: who sells what, where, and for how much.

Every coin shop also buys back what it stocks at 70% of value (right-click an inventory item while the shop is open). The Trading Post takes anything at the same 70%; for a better price, sell to other players on the Grand Exchange. Only the ticket/reward vendors never buy back.

Getting there

The market is the Lumbridge courtyard, just east of the castle's east wall - two facing shop rows with a walkable aisle between them. The fastest route is the teleport portal → Basics → "Market / Shops", which lands you in the middle of the aisle. Home teleport puts you a few steps away.

One warning: the market belongs to Lumbridge. If the city falls during a siege, the shops board up until it's retaken - see the war explained.

The west row - combat & basics

Five vendors line the west side of the aisle, facing east.

Melee Shop (Horvik)

Two tabs. Weapons stocks every combination of bronze, iron, steel, black, mithril and adamant in daggers, swords, scimitars, longswords, maces, battleaxes, warhammers and 2h swords, all at standard value - the shop caps at adamant; rune and dragon come from smithing, drops and the Forge. The Rank armour tab opens the Apprentice's Armoury (below). Buys back its own stock.

Ranged Shop (Lowe)

Leather, hardleather and studded sets, green d'hide body/chaps/vambraces, and bows up to maple (short and long). Arrows: bronze and iron in bulk, steel, mithril, and adamant arrows at 120 gp each - priced deliberately above value so Fletching stays worth training. Bronze/iron/steel darts too.

Magic Shop (Zaff)

Elemental staves (air, water, earth, fire) and runes capped at death: air/water/earth/fire/mind/body in bulk, chaos and cosmic, nature and law, with death runes at a 270 gp premium. Teleport tablets (Varrock, Lumbridge, Falador, Camelot) at 100 gp. Talk-to Zaff and he'll also lift you straight to the rune altar.

Prayer Shop (Monk)

Bones and big bones only. Higher bones are deliberately not sold - Prayer is earned, not bought. Bring your bones to the prayer altar east of the fountain for boosted xp.

Crafting Shop (Gem Trader)

Silver and gold bars, uncut sapphire/emerald/ruby/diamond, all four jewellery moulds, needle, thread, chisel, leather and soft clay.

The east row - skilling & rewards

Five more vendors face them across the aisle.

Skilling Shop (Wydin)

Tools tab: pickaxes and axes bronze through rune, tinderbox, chisel, hammer, knife, needle, shears, glassblowing pipe. Materials tab: starter feedstock - copper/tin/iron ore, clay, coal, bronze and iron bars, flax, bow string, leather, thread, wool, feathers, logs up to willow, molten glass, soda ash, sand.

Fishing Shop (Gerrant)

Supplies tab: nets, rods, fly rod, lobster pot, harpoon, bait and feathers in bulk. Fish tab: cooked food up to swordfish (at a 160 gp premium), plus bread, chicken, trout, salmon, tuna and lobster - everything above swordfish is sold raw only (monkfish, shark, sea turtle, manta ray, anglerfish, karambwan): the Cooking gate.

Herblore Shop (Jatix)

The biggest tab strip in the market - eight stores in one window: allotment & flower seeds (25 kinds), herb seeds (guam through torstol), tree & fruit seeds (acorn to calquat, palm, spirit seed), special seeds, clean herbs (guam through torstol), secondaries (eyes of newt, unicorn horn dust, snape grass, wines of Zamorak and the rest), unfinished potions, and farm tools.

Construction Shop (Sawmill Operator)

Planks (regular, oak, teak, mahogany), nails, bolts of cloth, saw, hammer, soft clay, limestone bricks and marble blocks.

Rewards Shop (Valaine)

Two reward tabs, two ticket currencies - both tickets are tradeable items, so you can buy them off other players. A third Buy Vote Tickets tab sells Vote Tickets for 2,000 gp each (no buyback) - the coin ceiling on the gilded/cosmetic vote rewards.

The general store

The classic general store by the bridge (shop keeper and assistant behind the counter) sells pots, jugs, buckets, tinderboxes, shears, knives, chisels, hammers and spades - and it buys almost any tradeable at 70% of value, the market's junk-disposal counter.

Rank armour - the Apprentice's Armoury

The Smithing Apprentice in the Lumbridge cellar (beside the mine) - also reachable through Horvik's Rank armour tab - sells armour scaled to your feudal rank. Your title sets the best metal on the shelf, from iron up to rune, and only the lesser pieces are sold: med helms, chainbodies, platelegs and sq shields. Platebodies, full helms and kiteshields must be smithed - or won.

The end-game vendors

The serious money stands at the south end of the market.

The Warlord's Armoury (Quartermaster)

The PvM gear chase. The Quartermaster trades in Boss Tickets (earned from every boss kill - see bosses overview) across six ticket tabs, plus a coins-only Barrows wing. Talk-to still takes war-supply hand-ins.

A Buy Tickets tab sells Boss Tickets for 1,000 gp each (he never buys them back). That's the coin ceiling on everything here - you can always earn tickets by bossing, or buy your way in with gold; a 2,500-ticket weapon is capped at ~2.5M gp, a 12,000-ticket megarare at ~12M. Prices rise as the economy grows.

PK Rewards (Emblem Trader)

The PvP gear chase, paid in Blood Money - earned only from killing real players (25 + 3 per combat level of the victim; PK bots pay none). Also opens with ::pkshop. Four gear tabs; full detail in PK rewards & stats. A fifth Buy Blood Money tab sells Blood Money for 800 gp each (no buyback) - the coin ceiling on the PvP gear (a 3,000 BM whip caps at ~2.4M gp, a 15,000 BM godsword at ~12M).

Beyond the market

  • Lisa's LMS shop - at the Last Man Standing lobby, LMS points: cooked karambwan 1, saradomin brew(4) and super restore(4) 2, super combat(4) 4, and the Saradomin/Zamorak/Guthix halos at 500 each. The island's chest gear exists only inside a match - you keep nothing and lose nothing.
  • The Trading Post (::market) - the sell-anything counter; its shelf lists only what players have sold. See Trading Post & the market.
  • Donor Store (::donorstore) - cosmetic rares for Donor Points: partyhats 900 (white 1,350), santa hat 1,350, h'ween masks 700. Tradeable, stat-less. See Bonds & membership.
  • Commander's Regalia (::prestigeshop) - the sanguine Torva cosmetic set for Prestige points: full helm 75, platebody and platelegs 100 each. Commanders only earn Prestige.
  • Aggie's dyes (::dyes) - red, blue and green dye at 1,000,000 gp, purple at 2,500,000. Used on a Champion's Cape to recolour it (the dye and the old cape are both consumed).

What's deliberately not sold

The gaps in the shelves are the game design: rune-plus melee gear (smith it, forge it or win it), high bones (train Prayer), cooked food above swordfish (train Cooking), potions above the reward shelves (train Herblore), and the war-forged sets - Torva, Masori and Ancestral come only from the Royal Smith. For the full route to every rare, see Path to end game.
