Supplying the war — the Quartermaster
The Quartermaster in the Mire crypt is the end of every production chain: hand him finished goods and he pays War Effort points, consumes the items, and adds them to the realm's war-supply meter that gates campaigns (::supply to check it).

Supply Drives — 2× windows
At any given time one category — FOOD, POTIONS or BARS — is in high demand and pays double War Effort. The category rotates on a timer, and you'll see "Supply Drive bonus!" when your deposit catches the window. Smart skillers bank goods ahead and dump them when their category comes up.
What War Effort gets you
War Effort is your personal contribution score — it feeds rank progression and daily bonuses, and marks you as a wartime contributor when loot pools split. Between the Quartermaster, resource contracts, and defending frontiers, a dedicated skiller can climb the ladder without ever winning a duel.
